Freedom from war, violence, crimes and conflicts especially when people live and work together happily without disagreements is peace. And development refers dynamic process of change from one state to another causing comfort and happiness in peoples' life. peace prospers development. Thus, peace and development are supplementary aspects for the nation. Obviously, peace is regarded as the state of affairs when its citizens are free and liberal to enjoy the legal and fundamental rights without obstacles. Only in the absence of conflicts, violence and war supports to develop the family, ,society, community and the nation as a whole respectively. the country having sustainable peace can have successful and constructive manpower to contribute for the prosperity to the nation. Stable political system is repaired to feel  peace for the process of development. Conflicts, violence, and ear hinder the political stability. The nation gets developed when its people participate and support the national plans and policies for the development. It means people unite for the development. It is only possible when the nation achieves the peace for the long run. The nation through its law and order should treat equally to its people with the senese of equally to its people with the sense of equality among the countrymen. rights through the nation's law and oder should be given to the citizen in general. Due to the lack of national equality among the people, Nepal suffered much in conflict in the past.
